[feature request] Command line usage

Is it possible to add the ability to steeb from the command line? The functions are already implemented, and could reduce program requirements.

For the matching of songs we should create some automagically algorithm for selecting songs. Just like https://github.com/sampsyo/beets is doing when they are comparing your local songs.
