It adds an extra # after the name, which makes it not work.

Example, it should be:

god#ego1, pot of greed#222, cluey#euw, oompa loompa#urh, winalingor#3184

But is this instead:

god#ego1#, pot of greed#222#, cluey#euw#, oompa loompa#urh#, winalingor#3184#
