[Suggestion] Repair cost 1 turn
In hangar, depot, dock - units repaired need to stay 1 turn. On the field: Units repaired loose movement and fire ability for 1 turn (maintenance stop). Cargo ship / repair unit looses movement as well (needs to stay with the unit) No penalty for ammo reloading (this is a quick process)
