Resize bug

Steps: Open new tab, zoom graph out. Open second tab, move graph around

Bug: Graph resizes when moved after a new tab is opened.

Same thing happens if you open one tab, refresh and then drag. I'll look into this tomorrow.

I haven't found the magic incantation to tell d3 that the zoom has changed (I'm setting the translate and scale properties directly to the SVG object.)
