how to set the GKLIB

I have set the path of GKLIB, but it still cann't be foundd by the compiler.

maybe you should set gklib/include to enviroment $C_INCLUDE_PATH

The makefile is broken. Edit it so the lines at the top say

gklib_path = not-set
metis_path = not-set
