Is grch38 supported?

Dear Karchin I have maf file from aligning grch38 ver. Can I get a hg38 'snvboxgene.bed' from you?

Currently, 20/20+ does not have pre-made data files for hg38. One work around could be to liftover the variant calls from hg38 coordinates to hg19 coordinates. Then you could use the already existing data files.
