bounding box dilema in RefMan

In the reference manual, when we \includegraphics:

• if we do put some [bb= ...], pictures are not shown in the pdf
• if we do not put the [bb= ...],pictures are not resized in the html

So that @plucky can work, I removed the bb but we have to improve that...
