Progress bar during the building of the initial state?

@feret asked soundly: The step that builds the initial state may become scary when this initial state is big. Would it be possible to have an estimate of how much work remain before the simulation can start (both in KaSim and in the web-interface)?

The answer is yes but :-)

• If you introduce small species but you introduce 10^10 of them. Reporting progress is fairly easy. It is simply a matter of instrumenting the loop in State_interpreter.initialize
• If you start with giant components, compiling them may be slow and then introducing each of them may be slow but reporting progress is more challenging...

Would it be OK to report the percent of agent done while updating this information after each species instance?
