UI should allow you to kill a simulation during initialisation

P.S. It would be useful to show more of the error when it deadlocks. Right now when I get deadlocks it appears as this:

(The log tab in editor tab shows more information.) I'm also not sure why it displays a subset of the %init ... lines in snapshot tab (I assume it's related to the deadlock).
