I'm using a Boox Go Color 7 and the plugin works perfectly. The only issue is I have to open Ankiconnect Android then click "Start Service" every time I start / wake the Tablet. Is there anyway to make it always run the service?

That isn't a feature at the moment, I can't remember whether I didn't do it because it wasn't possible or just didn't think of it at the time

I would review a PR for it anytime

Okay, thanks for responding. I've never done any Android development, what frameworks/tooling are used in this project?

It's just generic Android Java, there is a HTTP server framework/library but you shouldn't need to touch any of that code to get this to work
