Bug Report: Bugged Sustains while using downscroll

1.8 stable (Heavily Modified for my own project but nothing that'd make this issue)

I simply turned on downscroll, easy.

I turned on downscroll for testing a feature of my own and the sustains were bugged. I saw a pull request that had fixed the problem months ago but it appears to be back. The sustain notes dont show up properly in the release builds either using the same steps.
