compute WSS during the simulation

In most of the biomedical simulations, we would at least compute WSS. Therefore, it makes more sense that we compute WSS during the simulation rather than as post-process. Since the velocity is already available during the simulation, it should be computationally inexpensive to compute WSS on the fly.

Thanks for suggesting this improvement @keiyamamo . This should be trivial to implement for rigid domain simulations. However, I have not been able to successfully compute WSS on a moving domain, which requires further investigation.

I see! I did not think about it. Is it due to the fact mesh is updated in OasisMove?

Yes, I have had issues with making FEniCS understand that the boundarymesh is updated for each iteration, resulting in errors of this kind:

Error: Unable to create mesh entity.
Reason: Mesh entity index -1 out of range ...
