Contributing improvements/license?

Hi, I like the package, and I would like to extend it to make the user interface a bit more to my taste. Could I just submit a PR here with my proposed changes? And if you don't like them, would it be possible for me just to fork the repository?

Hi I had to change the codes for the univariate case. However, I was convinced to use the special case of multivariateDataGenerator for N=1. For instance, get_value function is undefined for the shift, trend, and variance anomaly generators.
