Feature request: Add automated build and testing infrastructure

This needs an automatic builds system so new PRs and commits can be verified and tested. Also, the resulting image should be downloadable from GitHub releases.

The Reddit API should be used for automated testing - whenever a change is made, the new meme should be posted to r/linuxmemes and the test will pass if the upvote ratio exceeds a threshold.
