RASA NLU Chatbot requirements packages incompatibility errors

Hi All, Could you please share me a link or reference from where I can build the RASA NLU chatbot without having any package error, since I am using windows Anaconda Python version 3.7. and while taking the reference from this repository, I am facing alot of package incompatibility and C+ 14.0 issues because this link is having the packages of older version. Could you please help me with the updated one.
