Allow keyboard navigation of Tree View

It would be a nice feature if it were possible to navigate through a tree view using the arrow keys. If clicking within a tree view gave focus to the selected item then the keyboard arrow keys could navigate the tree structure and expand and collapse parts of the tree.

I was just thinking about this the other day and definitely agree. It would also be nice to combine this with nice keyboard shortcuts for navigating the console, too.

Is there any way I can help getting this done? I would really like this feature and it shouldn't be too hard. What is missing from the PR?
