This operator is used to print the current value of the XML element. By default, it is taken from post-snapshot.

Another variant for this operator is that it can be used to present the XML element value from both pre- and post- snapshots.

Note: this operator does not execute any tests.

The use case is the BGP peer-state.

Instead of checking its value before and after, I just want to print what the value was before and after, without failing or passing the test.
