Adding pubDate field to items in initiatives and policies changes in RSS feed xml

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am trying to get notified via RSS, through a Logic App in Azure with the RSS connector, creating a new Teams adaptive card when there are policy changes, reported by: https://www.azadvertizer.net/azpolicyadvertizer.xml The issue is that the individual items in the RSS .xml does not have a 'pubDate' field, and that makes it impossible for the RSS Logic App trigger to detect new RSS entries.

Describe the solution you'd like A 'pubDate' field in each item would suffice. I have implemented the same in Logic Apps for other RSS sites, and it works perfectly. Example:
