compare, == ,and isapprox, verbose output, skip

Taking up ideas from #309

Dumping some ideas I wrote down a while ago:

== equality
≈ /isapprox - Inexact equality
compare - flexible
- eg. compareDFG(a, b, skipfields=Symbol[]; eq = ==, by=identity)
