"Matrix samples" section of README is outdated

The README references things like GaussianHermiteMatrix, GaussianLaguerreMatrix, etc. However, in commit 929cab8a7846ce82cc4b3b9162c62e9272be6ea5 these methods were replaced and the API was changed. The README should be updated to reflect these changes.

I was about to file a new issue regarding missing things in the README, but thought it made more sense to follow up here. In particular, neither Haar nor randfast is mentioned in the README. "I remember being annoyed at how hard this was to find," said Ralph_Smith in the Discourse thread on Random Orthogonal Matrices.
