Fixing #196 hopefully (also for 1.10.x), I'm hoping and thinking this works, untested, at least 0.14.x doesn't work for upcoming Julia.

Should I end in .0 like 0.14.0, I think redundant there, but work, as in with other entries not specifying. Should 0.x be ok? I just don't want to risk that, i.e. promise that...
