Infinite scroll

I am working in a Jupyter notebook using IJulia, Ubunto 19.10.

Here is my Project.toml

Status `~/Documents/Projects/test/Project.toml`
  [a93c6f00] DataFrames v0.21.1
  [7073ff75] IJulia v1.21.2
  [40c74d1a] TableView v0.6.0

When I run,

df = DataFrame(rand(100, 100));
showtable(df)

The table correctly pops up, but you can scroll beyond the boundary of the table, as so.

I wonder if this is hurting scrolling speed. Any ideas on how to fix?
