Automatic Travis and AppVeyor Updating

It's common now to have Travis and AppVeyor not test the nightlies and only test v0.6. It would be nice if one could have FemtoCleaner add v0.7/v1.0 to the test scripts automatically when it sets up compatibility, and drops older versions when the Julia version is set higher.

I think this feature would be helpful to enable v1.1.0 testing on packages.
