Discord instantly freezes if bdCompat is on and some plugins are present, regardless of if they're on or not

Issue: As many have reported in the Powercord Discord server, the client freezes up when bdCompat is on and some plugins are present. One of those is TypingIndicator, then there's also UnreadBadgesRedux, someone even said BDFDB also causes this. This is happening to several users.

i can confirm that, and i know whats the problem. its Zeres Plugin librarys loading sequence causing discord to freeze right after it has been loaded. as you can see here in the call stack there is the library stuck on loading. filename: 0PluginLibrary.plugin.js
