Issue 'channel already been registered'
When registering, some users receive a message that an account has already been registered at the specified e-mail in Gleev, and when they try to restore, participants receive messages that such membership was not found.
No information about these accounts was found in the DynamoBD and Hubspot databases. The indicated channels are of no value, but a continuing error indicates either some problem with registration or an attempt to abuse the system
