PR with not finished work trying to solve #419.

At the moment, the indexer gateway seems to open websocket (checked via wscat -c), but the processor can't connect for unknown reason.

Probably you should enable subscriptions in Warthog also. The (generated) query-node does expose the processor stats via a GraphQL subscription, so perhaps it may be helpful to have a look how it's set up there
