Compile curlcpp as a shared library on windows

Currently curlcpp can only be compiled as a static library no windows. I would be great to have the possibility to also compile it as a shared library. https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/module/GenerateExportHeader.html is great for enabling this functionality.
