Add note re: URL encoding password

Added comments below qBittorrent password to tell users that 1) the password needs to be URL encoded, and 2) how to use jq to do this.

I mean that makes sense to me, but I lack the skills to implement it.

Test please the latest commit, I make some changes, tell me if is working I don't use any "strong" password because I'm not exposing anything, so I need someone to test if is working
