Compatible OpenSim version

Hi. I'd like to reproduce the OpenSim API results of this library (e.g. the provided example) in the OpenSim GUI.

But I have tried loading the Setup_Scale.xml in Opensim 3.3 and 4.4 but it seems that the format is not recognized (i.e., I can't Run it). Do you have any tips?
