Question about using MTAG results in colocalization analysis

Dear developer, Thank you for developing this great tool! I was wondering after I get the meta-analysis results for multiple traits after MTAG, can I use them in colocalization analyzes? Would it have issues since MTAG has the same effect in all disorders assumption? Thank you so much!
