'the label [z1] is not in the [columns]'

Hi,

Using the MTAG Version: 1.0.6 Getting the error as mentioned in the title and abruptly stops. Checked the inputs and they seem fine. It has the following headers (for both the traits) "snpid chr bpos a1 a2 freq1 Z P N" Have attached the log for reference. try1_error.log

Note: Tried to use different files and it ran completely fine. So the issue is with input file, but I could not spot the issue. Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

Regards Murali P.S. Just to be sure, tried to run ldsc munge (with no merge option) separately and redirect it as the input file. But facing a different error (snpid) this way. Can follow up with that log as well.

It looks like you're using a version that's a few years old...have you tried running against the latest?
