Dedicated Extension for Decisions

Description

Decisions is currently an active feature on Colony that is contained within the Motions & Disputes extension. With the difference of the feature being that no actions are executed once a Motion has been created.

It has been decided to isolate this feature and functionality out into it's own standalone extension. This will allow users to better understand that functionality that the feature offers, it allows us to promote the extension as a standalone feature, it also allows the UI to be able to have the two features work independently of each other.

This may also mean that the dedicated Decisions feature does not require permissions.

Acceptance Criteria

• It should be possible to install an extension to enable the decisions functionality
• It should be possible to leverage all the same features of the Motions & Disputes extension, without the need of executing actions. Such as:
  • Creating in domains
  • Staking
  • Objecting
  • Voting
  • Escalating
  • Finalizing to return stakes
  • etc.
• It should be possible to perform existing extension flows, such as installing, enabling, deprecating & uninstalling
