Console window is off-screen sometimes after re-opening it

These steps will recreate the problem:

1. Start SDV in windowed mode. Not full-screen windowed mode.
2. Click on a bot to open its console.
3. Resize the game window to a full-screen window. (When I say "resize", do not use the in-game settings to change it.)
4. Drag the console window to the right and down, just enough so that you can still see the X close button.
5. Close the bot's console window by hitting ESC because at this point the X button is not visible.
6. Reopen the bot's console window.
