add pipeline for codefresh

I created a pipeline definition for using @codefresh-io 's build system. It's nice. Please, see if you like it!

Thank you for the contribution! I have actually been considering pushing this to CodeFresh as I do use them to build some of my projects. I will test this out and then if all goes well, I will merge your request.

I am looking to make some other changes very soon to improve the performance of code execution as well.
