GOTO does not save variables

I'm passing an integer variable called LineNumber to GOTO in the dialogue and it's able to run as expected, but when the GOTO dialogue resets to line 001 every time the dialogue is reopenned.

I'm running Actiona 3.10.1, script 1.1.0 on Debian Unstable (Currently 11) at the time of this writing.
