Notifications in the Request page

When there are some responses in the Request page, say someone replied to your comment or someone has uploaded a new sim, notifications should be provided appropriately.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you familiar with the React and Meteor ecosystem? If yes, please clone the repo and set up local development environment and get familiarized with the code.

I have forked and finished it setting up the repo , but I am not familiar with react or meteor. My larger goal is try for Gsoc too.

I'd recommend learning React and Meteor and if you can, try to relate and identify the things that you learn with different parts of the project. Plenty of tutorials are available in youtube.
