[Bug] lspatch crashes frequently

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

not sure what causes the crashes but i get frequent crash pop ups

Because the source code has not been updated to support Android 16, please update the tool to support Android 16.

It seems that it might be due to your device having too many applications installed, causing insufficient space in the Binder buffer and forcing it to close. I suggest you try uninstalling some unnecessary applications to free up space in the Binder buffer. If the issue persists, please provide detailed log files so we can further analyze and resolve it.

He basically supports Android 16, and most features run normally

currently i have 62gb available out of 256gb, isn't that sufficient?
