API Consumption Demo

Design a simple application that demonstrates the API features and shows that they work as intended.

This is coming along. I've got two types of examples:

1. I'm building a HATEOAS style interface in PHP
2. I will include multiple curl examples and a readme on how to use them (perhaps for a cron job or for someone to automate things via a (bash or power) shell script).
