Problem sending and receiving data on UDP

Hello There is a problem with the Outline server. The firewall is disabled. Clients network support UDP. I checked the server ports. For example, when making voice and video calls on the Internet, such as Telegram and WhatsApp, they do not have any Establish and are still Unconnect.

Do the calls work? The UDP sockets can be used without establishing a connection, so they will stay as unconnected.
