Support VMESS and VLESS protocols

Shadowsocks connections are easy to detect and trivial for China's GFW to detect. The greater userbase of China's intranet users who wish to break free to the open internet have long since migrated to Shadowsocks R (which has its own issues as far as I understand) to V2RAY using VMESS and more recently VLESS.

By all accounts the VMESS and VLESS protocols are WAAAAAAY more difficult to detect. Shadowsocks's vulnerability seems to stem from detection the handshake before the connection is encrypted?

In my (admittedly anedotal experience) SS connections in China are detected within about 5 minutes and the IP blocked within a week.

Case in had -- a colleague just set up an outline connection and I downloaded app and it just didn't work on one connection, and connected and got blocked after first website load. Based in Shanghai, China ===> Japan server.

I suggest looking at a better way to allow access to 'open internet' ....

I want to up this discussion, seems like a good idea for outline to consider future and its risks. Would be nice to have V2Ray not as bridge but as a feature because of stricter access in more and more parts of the world

ok I see this as highly relevant and hope for future release Jigsaw-Code/outline-client#887

Yes, I can confirm that a new outline server works in China for about 5 ~ 10 min tops.
