DNS disruptions and delays in Windows v1.12.1

It seems that there is a strange problem in version 1.12.1 for Windows. http and https work slowly. It seems that there are still problems with DNS Resolving.

Windows Version: 11 22H2(Build 22621.2428) SS type: static Outline Client: 1.12.1

DNS disruption and delay in responding to http requests in Outline has been around for a long time and has not been fixed in version 1.12.1.

I solved the problem to some extent by manually changing the dns servers to the following values. 45.90.30.100 (Next DNS) 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS)

It is better to change the default dns in Outline-TAP. 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 are not working well.

as my understand you go to network setting, in Adapter setting, choose Outline-tap interface > Propertise, then change DNS as the friend suggestion instead of 1.1.1.1

I started to get this problem suddenly on Windows client version 1.12.1 Upgraded to 1.13.1, but it didn't help. Changing DNS as suggested above doesn't help. Here is what I get with nslookup without Outline connection: In PowerShell

When I try to open any website Edge gives me an ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error, while Firefox just shows a blank page.

Interestingly, the Android client version 1.13.0 behaves the same - Chrome gives ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED. But some applications (YouTube and Instagram) work just fine.

Когда я пытаюсь открыть любой веб-сайт, Edge выдает мне ошибку ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED, а Firefox просто показывает пустую страницу.

Интересно, что Android-клиент версии 1.13.0 ведет себя так же — Chrome выдает ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED. Но некоторые приложения (YouTube и Instagram) работают нормально.
