Android App Shortcuts

It would be great to have an android app shortcut (https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/shortcuts) to establish connection. It will enable users to create launcher shortcuts or use automation tools (i.e. tasker) to establish Outline connection upon certain events (e.g. when some app is open) Now it's quite tedious to turn connection off and on mainly, if it is only required to overcome a specific limitation.

Also, would be cool to have a domain based, Proxy xxx... domain only via VPN visit feature.

Personal experience, some websites I am trying to visit it requires VPN, at the same time i need to visit US sites and I get regional block because of IP change(VPN).
