Outline stalling out on MBP boot

Describe the bug When booting up my Macbook Pro, the VPN spins forever. I have to uninstall the profile and then restart outline to get the internet to connect again.

To Reproduce It doesn't happen every time, perhaps implying some sort of race condition between the OS and Outline.

Expected behavior No interruption in connectivity.

Android also has a similar problem, every time you need to disconnect and connect manually again before it works properly
