Poor performance on Android mobile client

Describe the bug I set up OutlineVPN on AWS EC2, on my Macbook it works well. On my mobile phone running Android 11, I make sure the WIFI signal is strong, but the performance is not like on my Macbook.

Client System:

  • Outline Server: 1.6.1
  • Macbook: Outline Client Version 1.5.0. Up: 50Mbps, Down: 150Mbps.
  • Android: Outline Client Version 1.6.0. Up: ~30Mbps, Down: ~70Mbps.

@nguyenngocduy20: What if you downgrade the Android client to version 1 5.1: https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-client/releases/download/android-v1.5.1/android-v1.5.1.apk

Any updates on this issue? It's really annoying that Android client is being either too slow or even sometimes refuses to connect.
