Added option to toggle Show Latest On Top

Please merge this push request. It enables Show Latest Log on top, as it may be difficult to keep scrolling through to the bottom to show the latest log

not showing on android

I might have missed something on my side, I just ran `npm install` and `react-native link` and straight away plug in the code, but it is not showing on Android....
