How do you use this plugin?

How do you use this plugin? Where do you enter the Dropbox credentials. I appreciate some quick docs in the home page.

I had to restart VS for the option to show up.

After restart of VS, I am unable to find any sign of the JetBox plugin. The only place I see the JetBox plugin being "installed" is within the Resharper-Extension Manager. Which, shows JetBox as being able to be Uninstalled. Thus, it is installed, but there is absolutely NO way to use it.
