I found some problems in the process of linking a new account.
If I do not receive an sms to my number during the linking process and try to change it, then I will have to wait more than 10 minutes to do so.
SDA offers to enter a new phone number only after 10 minutes, and before that continues to send SMS to the old number.
Moreover, restarting Sda and windows, as well as completely deleting all program files with the replacement of newly extracted ones from the downloaded archive, do not solve this problem.
In addition, if you need to restart Sda, it continues to be in incomplete processes and only closes completely after 30 seconds.
The program does not close and "freezes" in processes if it was not possible to link a new account.
And one more small detail, after entering the login: password, what is this window for confirming the binding of a new account? For sure, it will definitely be more convenient for all users without it.

The program either does not work or there is no function to cancel the number binding. Therefore, we have to wait for these 15 minutes when the steam cancels (resets) this process due to inactivity. This is very important, please fix it in the new version!
In order not to wait 15 minutes to change the number, you need to go through the browser to the number binding page on steam. Insert any phone number, click OK and then click cancel. After that, you can run sda again and make a binding with a new number. This is like a temporary solution , since sda there is no function to cancel the number in sa yet , or it does not work . Note: a confirmation email will appear in the mailbox for the phone number whose binding was initiated from the browser, you just need to ignore it)
