Can't add a new Steam account, SDA freezes

Hello, @Jessecar96 Thank you for finding solutions.

I can't add a new Steam account to SDA.

My actions:

1. opened SDA
2. click on "Setup New Account"
3. entered the login and password from the Steam account
4. received an email with a code for SDA
5. entered the code from the mail in the SDA
6. SDA freezes, only the close button works.

The release of version 1.0.12 worked for one day. Release version 1.0.13 didn't work for me all this time. After the release of version 1.0.13, version 1.0.12 also does not work and I get the same error.
