If I click on continue both of my accounts disappear

Are you using the same phone no /sim dongle/desktop as you've always used ? I hot a similar error because i forgot i had swapped the 3g dongle i was using for internet to wi-fi fibre broadband.

I had to plug in my 3g dongle and use that to do confirmations.
