Error logging in: Steam returned "GeneralFailure"

The account has been authorized for a long time. For some reason today I noticed such an error

I have the same error despite trying all possible ways to insert my mobile number

I figured it out: This happens when Family View is activated. Family View has to be deactivated in order for it to work. And you can NOT activate it after because you won't be able to see your trades. you cant enter your family view PIN and so you won't see any trade confirmations.

does anyone find a solution already how to fix this problem? Im having same problem and i have 5 knife and skins on the account that I need to trade but I cant because i cant use confirmation and i cannot login again if anyone find a solution about this problem please help
